Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At MATHISE, you benefit from 30 days of free returns.
Does the item not fit, or is it not what you expected? No problem.

  1. 30 Days Free Returns (Our Service)

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

No strong odors, stains, or damage.

Trying items on is allowed, just as you would in a physical store.

  1. How to Return

Go to Menu → Returns and register your return.

You will then receive return instructions.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund.

  1. Refunds

After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and always within the legal period after withdrawal.

  1. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

  1. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include the following:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
